We are obsessed with agave and the production of small batch distillates.Each expression of our line of distillates is unique and will change based on availability. Flavours will change based on where the distillate is produced, how it is produced (fermented and distilled) and from the type of agave it is produced from. The beauty of each small batch spirit is that it can never be reproduced, so each batch will be different. We are constantly on the hunt for expressions that shine differently. Unfortunately once a batch is gone it's gone, so savour those "gotas gordas".
